Please try and show up 5 mins before appointment time to allow service to start on time. Fill out any consent form you received via email prior to appointment. Anyone 15mins late, their appointment will be rescheduled. Appointment time is your slot, the start time is the time that is booked and duration will remain the same from booked start time. Anyone who no call no shows more than twice will have to pay for entire appointment before booking third appointment. Your Groupon will still be redeemed the day of the appointment when you No Call No Show. The total amount paid for the Groupon will now become a credit in your account, you can use the credit towards your next purchase of full priced service.
